22 wrz 2016 · It doesn't matter. If you have 6 or 7 logbooks that's ok. Just make sure each logbook is totaled at the end and the times are carried forward accurately to the next logbook. In one case, Brooks saw flight times inaccurate by up to 20 hours between new and old logbooks. Large professional pilot logbooks are the best if possible.
