Miles are calculated according to the airfare for tickets beginning with the numbers 220 (Lufthansa), 724 (SWISS), 257 (Austrian Airlines), 082 (Brussels Airlines) or 101 (Air Dolomiti), or for tickets issued by Eurowings. For ticket numbers other than those specified above, miles are calculated according to the distance flown and booking class.

You’ll need to use the airline’s online calculator (such as the Emirates miles calculator) to see how far your miles will get you. Do I have to have taken the flight to get the Air Miles?
