British Airways has really slipped on their customer service. Despite their poor seating arrangement for business class, they do not allow you to reserve your seat choice at the time of your booking. Rather, if you wish to reserve your seat (for you and/or your spouse) they require to pay extra, based on the location and orientation of the seats.
