10 sie 2021 · CoinEx is not a scam; it is a poorly run Chinese business. I have used it several times over the years to get a hold of obscure coins, but I would never put large amounts in the platform. There is likely some technical issue relating to their servers or the specific coin and it might be a minute before they fix it.
I use CoinEx, my biggest complaint though is to many shit coins are being listed when obvious staple currency's (i.e Steller , cardano) that every other exchange has are taking forever to list. However I love the CET coin that is exclusively on CoinEx.

6 lis 2021 · I did withdrawal some Ergo coins from my CoinEx account to Yoroi wallet, and it had not been executed even after three days! The status of withdrawal was ''Passed'' and there was no TXID. I asked help CoinEx's support center. The transaction is cancelled now and the assets is in my CoinEx account now. It was so stressful :)
16 gru 2021 · CoinEx has, after 16 hours, sent another of the test transactions ! After inquiring, I had an initial response within 30 minutes and they ended up replacing the issue other night. Counter point - there are still 2 test transactions that have not gone through but they were not submitted through a ticket - moral of the story is “submit a ticket”
