One way to give friends money is to have them buy the one car that's free (I forget the name rn) and then you can modify it for them with modest menu or any of the others to have max armor/turbo/window tint and then they can sell it for good money.
Impulse is IMO the best for Money Drops. Fully Customizable (from drop height, delay, all players, amount etc.) and undetected as long as I can remember. But a lot of Menus are also capable of doing the Basic Money drop.
