According to the wiki the spear is only on the gem drop table (which is what goraks access) with legends quest done. I've gotten a shield left half from random slayer, but is there a specific monster I should be killing to get a dspear.
All dragon weapons require level 60 Attack (or Ranged in the case of dragon darts and dragon arrows), alongside the completion of specific quests to wield. Most also have special attacks.
Since when do you need legends for the dragon spear?? I played RS2 in 2006 and you didn't need any quests for d spear back then. The Dragon Square Sheild has The Legends Quest as a requirement.
