Like many people I had the problem of my xbox controller not being detected by Dark Souls remastered and spent hours looking over the internet trying to fix it, I tried every solution here and many more and I couldnt get it to work. BUT I did finally figure out a solution that worked for me. Its kind of convoluted.

Combat is relatively easier (though will still be a challenge for someone new), but the rest of the game is a lot more open and game mechanics are very odd and unique as they are tied to the narrative. 25 maj 2018 · Hope you have a good soul farming method or know how to dupe stackable items, like great hero souls(20,000 soul)...then use one 999 times, hehehe(1,980,000 for 1 large hero soul). I loooove the glitches/exploits, they must be easier for KB/M,
4 gru 2021 · There is a great DLC for Darks Souls, but it does not influence any of the Achievements. Even with the addition of Dark Souls: Remastered, the DLC still does not contribute to Achievements. This means we do not need any of the Sorceries, Miracles, Pyromancies, or Rare Weapons to get their respective Achievements in the Base Game.
21 paź 2020 · I dont understand. There is literally a keybinding for 'jump' but it does absolutely nothing. I read about sprint button? What spring button? there is only 'w' and there is a 'walk' button but not a sprinting one?! I want to try to get the loot under that bridge right at the start but the 'rolling jump' doesnt work even when the character has no armor on for me?

Description of the Problem: So apparently even, or especially, on newer hardware the Remastered can cause lags which the original does not cause. The reason behind this is that game speed is tied to the frame rate of the game. Since the game wants to run at 60fps, any framerate below that will have the effect of slow motion.
