26 paź 2022 · Red was referring to a specific Cubone at the time of writing, but over time the dex entries were popularized and disseminated, losing a degree of context. That being said, there is a behavioral basis for Cubone taking on the skull of their fallen parents. Cubone is kinda fucked up.
23 gru 2019 · It would be cool if, in a new game in a new location, they could release a new Pokemon line that is essentially the Pokemon line that resembles cubone. Maybe a convergent Pokemon type to Charizard, so it looks like the chariozard line but it’s a ground type, or similar
11 maj 2024 · The actual ossification of a cubone's head armour as it grows into a marowak happens under this scavenged skull, until the old skull falls apart or is broken. The fact that the Pokedex says it's the mother's skull comes from the one time we've had a storyline involving a cubone, which would certainly make sense that it would wear the scavenged skull of its dead mother that Team Rocket killed.
11 paź 2020 · I still have the “Let’s go Meltan” quest line, and currently on page 7. I need to catch a cubone to finish that page still but they don’t seem to appear anywhere for me right now. Is there some other way to catch a cubone/marowak to satisfy that?
Yessss, I never seen a cubone collection and I love it! 🙌 I personally collect scyther, I want every variation of English and Japanese but I had to take a break for a bit 😬 getting to the expensive ones suck and add up quick 😅 Have a recent update on my page.
7 lip 2021 · Compare the skull that Cubone wears to a Marowak's head. The horns point in the wrong direction, the snout is too short, and the cheek bones don't match up at all. I think that, if we're to believe the skull atop Cubone's head is supposed to come out of a Marowak, I think we can be lenient is accepting what a Cubone's actual head looks like.
1 maj 2024 · Cubone moveset altered ? Hey, just wondering, i caught a cubone with skill-link (max amount of multi hit) just so it could use Bone rush. Unbound wiki tell me it should learn that move at a previous level but the move doesn't appear in the movest with scale maniac.
I had a Cubone, later Marowak on my main Y team. Its name was Leche, Spanish for milk. Funny thing is I didn't name it, I got it from a Wonder Trade and I needed a Ground Pokemon to round out my team, so it just stuck.
I’m working on a workaround to bypass the 5 plush limit. Once I get the email from Pokémon Center that my order has been shipped then I will know it was a success and then I can open up preorders for a few more. Fingers crossed! So many people have put in restock requests for Cubone and it sucks he’s sold out again 😭
24 sie 2023 · It's a misconception that cubone wears its mother's skull. The only instance of a link between a cubone and its dead mother is in RBY and any remake. It's more likely to be a cultural thing where they wear and use bones for defense and offense and as they evolve, the skull fuses with its head.
