In order to craft Leystone gear you need an Anvil. You will learn to craft Leystone gear by following the Blacksmith quest line. For being able to craft Leystone Hoofplates you need to complete the quest Leystone Hoofplates given in Dalaran. To be able to craft Demonsteel armor you need to make Demonsteel Bars.
