The “Bukas Loob sa Diyos Covenant Community” (a Catholic charismatic community) is a private association of the lay faithful. As such, it professes communion with the Roman Catholic Church and submits to the authority of the Roman Pontiff and the Diocesan Bishop of the local Church.
The history of Bukas Loob sa Diyos Covenant Community goes back to a group of about 20 couples who, with the late Fr. Pascual H. Adorable, S.J., wrote to the Marriage Encounter Philippines (MEP) to recognize them as one of the five sectors of the MEP.
