18 days ago, I had ordered the "Numberpad 4" and "Num Lock" keys at "Laptopkey.com" (without the S) for the first time from Peru for my Asus N551JK, and today both correct keys arrived at my house in my country without any problem (each one includes the 3 parts that are indicated on the web).
We either take them from decommissioned laptops of the same model, or just replace the whole keyboard. You may have luck contacting the manufacturer and seeing if they can send you the keys
