Not only are their products garbage, their "warranty" is worse. But the absolutely worst part of boss audio is their "support" and service. My new unit started acting up about a month after installation (by Best Buy technicians).
Boss is absolutely garbage. However for their boss Elite series, they source “non functional” tier 1 radios, and part them out to put together what you see here. So your Boss Elite series of the same model number is almost certified to have better parts (pioneer processors and such).
