Girl Scout Camp combines classic camp activities, including kayaking, horseback riding, ziplining, and campfires, with unique Girl Scout traditions of camp songs and games. Whether campers attend camp daily or spend a whole week away from home, they’ll discover, connect, and take action on issues and challenges that are important to them.

• February 13: Online registration for Bluebonnet Shores Girl Scout Camp (previously Camp Kachina) sessions open at 10:00 a.m. • February 14: Online registration for council-led day camps open at 10:00 a.m.
Registered Girl Scouts of Central Texas members can browse camp sessions below and register for up to one overnight session at this time. Beginning March 4, campers can register for more than one session and out-of-council Girl Scouts can register for any GSCTX summer camp.
Scouts BSA classes are 4 hour long classes from 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 pm. Webelos, Cub Scout classes and Girl Scout classes are 2 hours long. They are usually from 10 – 12 p.m. or 1 – 3 pm. Girl Scout Journey classes run between 4 – 5 hours.
Our Girl Scout shops and service centers are located across Southeast Texas in convenient locations near you. Plus, we have several beautiful camp properties that offer a trail mix of adventurous activities for Girl Scouts and their families.
At Lone Star Twilight Camp, Girl Scouts will enjoy four full evenings of archery, nature hikes, and other well-loved Girl Scout traditions. Programing is planned with our Cadette, Seniors and Ambassadors in mind.
