The Los Angeles County ADRC was established in 2022 and is a core partnership between the Los Angeles County Area Agency on Aging (AAA), the City of Los Angeles AAA, 211 LA and six Los Angeles County Independent Living Centers (ILCs):
With a focus on emphasizing age-friendly communities, Los Angeles County has created a collection of services, programs, and supports based on the needs of older adults while ensuring a better quality of life for all older residents in the Los Angeles Region.
SSP promotes and maintains independent living for older adults age 60+. Services like case management, are available to address functional limitations, maintain health and independence, promote socialization, and ensure access to older adult services. SSP is limited to residents in Los Angeles County, excluding the City of Los Angeles.
