21 lis 2003 · What's hurting them right now is that the rift between Ross Childress and Ed Roland shows up a bit in Blender where they went for more of a pop sound (what Childress was after, I don't know why as great guitarists usually prefer hard rock) and then his departure from the band hurts their lineup.
Just read Wikipedia about Collective Soul and Childress and it said nothing about why they broke up or why he left, but it does say that he’s been fairly active with different projects since he left the band. What did he do?
